Le linge de maison est fourni gracieusement pour les séjours d'1 semaine et plus. Si vous souhaitez ce service pour les courts séjour, un supplément de 30 € vous sera demandé.
Le séjour donne sur une petite terrasse exposée sud-ouest. La kitchenette équipée est ouverte sur le salon. La salle d'eau avec WC a une douche à l'italienne.
Vous profiterez également gracieusement de la piscine de la résidence (ouverte du 15 juin au 15 septembre), du wifi et d'une place de parking privative.
Lave-linge et sèche-linge dans un local commun de la résidence.
Un supplément pour le chauffage sera perçu pour les séjours du 1er novembre au 31 mars suivant les tarifs en vigueur indiqués sur le contrat de location, sur la base d'un relevé de compteur à l'arrivée et au départ.

Ideally situated, charming studio of 25 square meters in an outstanding residence, at the 2nd floor (with a lift). with a breath taking views of the area from the apartments windows. You will have a chance to enjoy the relaxing area . The town center and shops are 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment as is the long beautiful beach at 5 minutes.
Functional and entirely renovated you will have at your disposal, a two persons sofa bed in the living room (with a comfy mattress) and two bunkbeds (where you can add 2 people) in the entrance with a small separation the bed sheets are provided (for each bed)
you will have a private balcony directed towards South-West, accessible from the living room. The small kitchen is opened on the living-room. The toilets and the waterfall shower are in the same bathroom.
You will be able to enjoy the free access to the swimming pool of the location (opened from the 15th of June until the 15th of September), the wifi and a private parking spot.
